webing.ai helps businesses build a website in Arabic and English. You answer a few questions and add your products, services and photos; we build the site, write its words with AI, host it at your own address, and pass your customers' orders and messages to you on WhatsApp and in your inbox.

You sign in with your email and a one-time code. Keep that email safe: whoever can read it can sign in as you. One account can hold several sites.

Building, previewing and publishing are free for now. When paid plans start, we'll show the price before you pay anything, and we'll email you before anything changes for a site you've already published.

What you add (your business details, text, prices, photos and logo) stays yours. You allow us to store it, process it and show it on your site, only to run the service.

You're responsible for having the right to use it, and for it being true: prices, offers, opening hours and anything you say about your business.

Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, writes your site's words from your answers, reads the files you ask it to read, and makes the changes you ask for in the editor. It's told to use only what you gave it, but it can make mistakes. Check your site before you publish it and after every change: what's published is your responsibility.

Your site lives at an address such as yourname.webing.ai, which we run. It's yours to use while your site is published, but not yours to own, and we may take back an address that copies another business's name or brand. You can also connect a domain you own.

Customers order, book and message you through your site; we pass that to you on WhatsApp and keep it in your inbox. We're not a party to what you agree with them, and we take no payments for you: prices, delivery, refunds, taxes and following consumer law are yours.

Use your customers' details only to serve them. Every site carries a privacy notice for its visitors, which you can replace with your own policy.

Illegal goods or services, scams and misleading offers, content you don't have the right to use, adult content, hate or harassment, pretending to be another business, and spam. We may take a site offline that breaks this, and we'll tell you why.

Whenever you like, from your site's settings, you can take it offline, download a full copy of its data, its content as Excel and its inbox, or delete it with its files.

If we ever close webing.ai, we'll email you at least 30 days before, and you'll be able to download your content.

We work to keep your site running, but we provide the service as it is, with no promise that it will never stop or never have a fault. We aren't liable for lost business, lost profit or indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Using webing.ai after that means you accept it.
